    Employees are generally rude. Food gets thrown together carelessly and a lot of times it's cold. Service is fast. Orders are usually correct. Frappes are perfect. Coffee is crap though.

    Food was hot and fresh...restaurant was clean...staff was friendly...no complaints here...people have to stop setting their expectations so high for quick service restaurants (qsr's) like McDonalds. A few lower functioning people work here and the fact that the restaurant was able to deliver a clean atmosphere and hot fresh food I believe is deserving of 5 stars. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience.

    Did not get the order right. Pulled to window and tried to correct it. They repeated what we said 4 times luke they didn't understand. Whoever took the order to start with was unfriendly and cut us off!!!!!!
